Meet the founder

Hi I’m Amber, your Social Media Expert.

I’m a creative marketeer, nuts about the power of strategic social media plans, authentic content and delivering results for your business.

Based in the historic county town of Dorset, I live with my beautiful 12-year-old twins – Erin and Aiden, my husband and scrumptious pooch Ellie. Ellie has been my number one companion since beginning Squirrel Marketing in 2019 – taking a proud feature on my Instagram highlights (she doesn’t like to leave my side and is currently keeping my feet warm as I type).

With a BA in Media Production and 8 years of digital marketing experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a Social Media Manager alongside an array of exciting local, national and international businesses; from spas to restaurants, tourist attractions to wedding suppliers, social enterprises to charities and more.

I get to see the true power of social media as a communication and lead generation channel on a daily basis. Whether you’re an established brand or just beginning your business, I’m here to help you up your social media game2

Family Life

Whilst Squirrel Marketing is my fourth Baby (with Ellie counted as my third), family time is so precious.

In my spare time I love exploring the Jurassic coastline and rural countryside with a flask full of hot tea, my family by my side and Ellie running ahead chasing seagulls or squirrels (yes, ironic I know).

Baking cakes is another firm family favourite, Erin and I love researching ideas on Pinterest and getting creative in the kitchen. Often wanting the cake to look as impressive as possible, I have a tendency to make the cake far too big for the four of us, luckily, we have family and friends nearby who love a spontaneous delivery.

I truly care about the success of our clients and am passionate about delivering their business goals and objectives though the use of bespoke strategies and authentic content creation.

Throughout every partnership I remain in consistent contact, reporting results whilst ensuring the latest business goals and objectives are being worked towards.

I take great pride in becoming a part of the team, meeting in person, attending events and getting a true feel for the characters within each business.
